OpenBSD lets
cvs(1)
automatically insert the date of the latest commit. The
Dd line can be either
.Dd $Mdocdate$
or
.Dd $Mdocdate: Month Day Year
$
Note that there is no comma after the number of the day.
For portable software, don't use the Mdocdate expansion mechanism. The
FreeBSD version is better for portable software.
