texi2mdoc | Convert texinfo data to mdoc input

The texi2mdoc utility is a converter from Texinfo into mdoc. It is a standalone ISC-licensed ISO C utility and should compile on any modern UNIX system.

For the time being, contact the mandoc mailing list with questions, but please make sure any formatting issue hasn't already been covered in the manual. texi2mdoc is available over anoncvs, with the module being texi2mdoc instead of mandoc as noted in the instructions. Version 0.1.2 (2014-02-24)

Ported for running on Linux. Added many macros, including all accents and symbols. Also allow reading from standard input (instead of always from a file). Fix mdoc(7)-escaping of output. Let conditionally-ignored text (e.g., @ifset) allow for nested conditionals as stipulate in the Texinfo manual. Paste macro and value bodies into the file as Texinfo stipulates and fix the trailing macro newline to conform as well.
Version 0.1.1 (2014-02-23)

Initial public release. This tool has been tested so far on the GSL documentation, the GNU documentation shipped with OpenBSD, TeX Live, groff, and so on. Moreover, it's constantly run with the American fuzzy lop for unexpected cases. It covers a significant subset of the Texinfo language.
